As a distributor and manufacturer of uniforms and safety products, the business is built on decades of experience, market knowledge and an expansive supply network. Their guiding values include integrity, service excellence, environmental responsibility and flexible client‑driven operations.

KFORCE’s challenge: While their product and service leadership is strong, they needed a digital platform that aligned with their enterprise‑level brand, supported eCommerce and quoting workflows, and delivered an outstanding user experience for both business clients and end‑users. Our Approach & Solutions

UI / UX Experience Design

We designed user journeys tailored for two primary audiences: business clients needing bulk uniforms and individual users seeking garments or accessories. The UX maps include quoting, product selection, order history, and account management. The interface is built for trust and clarity — reflecting KFORCE’s reputation in the industry.

Web Design & Development

We built a responsive custom site (WordPress + WooCommerce) showcasing KFORCE’s expertise, catalog of workwear/uniforms, and regions served. Visuals reflect the strong brand identity — clear, professional, and bold — with layout modules emphasizing products, services, regions of operation and case‐studies. E‑commerce features allow streamlined ordering, account portals and inventory display.

Customer Experience Strategy

We mapped the full customer lifecycle—from discovering service (uniform supply) to submitting queries, getting a quote, placing an order, and receiving support. Special attention was paid to B2B workflows: quoting, bulk ordering, supplier integration, and flexible fulfillment. Clear CTAs and tailored content ensure business users feel supported and understood.

WooCommerce Online Store & Quoting System

We implemented a full WooCommerce store for retail and bulk ordering of uniforms and related items. A custom quoting system was developed to allow business clients to specify quantities, custom branding (embroidery/logos), request quotes, and manage orders. The backend handles custom quotes, pricing tiers, order management. This system bridges e‑commerce with enterprise quoting—giving KFORCE competitive advantage in their sector.

Hosting & Ongoing Maintenance

Given their enterprise operations and regional footprint, the site’s performance, security and reliability are critical. We provide managed hosting, security monitoring, backups, and routine maintenance so KFORCE’s digital platform runs smoothly and scales as business grows.
