Inspired by the coastline of Mozambique and the warmth of Portuguese culinary tradition, MIRA’s menu embraces bold spices, ocean‑fresh seafood, charcoal heat, citrus brightness and rich sauces — all elevated by master fishmonger George’s 32 years’ experience and Luke & Ben’s contemporary hospitality. Located within the iconic Sandton Sun Hotel foyer, steps from the Diamond Walk in the richest square mile in Africa, MIRA merges the high-energy of Sandton with the calm of an immersive dining retreat.

We mapped multiple user journeys: dining discovery, menu exploration, mixology lounge bookings, event nights and after‑hours transitions. Each touchpoint is crafted to feel intuitive, aspirational and aligned with MIRA’s brand: from first click to reservation.
Integrated Reservations
We implemented the DinePlan booking system, enabling seamless table reservations that reflect real‑time availability. Guests can browse menus, select date/time, and reserve without leaving the immersive environment. The integration ensures backend efficiency and front‑end elegance.
